Easter weekend was just what we needed! the view was stunning with the mountains and lake in sight. the staff were polite and friendly, always up for a chat and to offer help. Breakfast was a real treat with delicious options that made us feel right at home. the seating area outside the rooms was a nice touch to enjoy the fresh air.

Although the rooms were clean, one of them had an unpleasant smell that lingered for three days.

Additionally, the washbasin was clogged during our stay which was a bit annoying. Finally, the hotel staff could improve on responding more promptly to food orders, as it sometimes required prior notice.
